Honorable visitors from Austria at Alukov HZ
At the invitation of the owner of ALUKOV HZ Jan Zitko, Chrudim Region was visited by Austrian Ambassador, Dr. Ferdinand Trauttmansdorff, and with him the Austrian Business Council Dkfm. Dr. Nikolaus on November 8. Austria constitutes the firm’s second largest export market.
Alukov sold alone through its Austrian dealers about three thousand mobile swimming pool and hot tub enclosures.
The intention of Czech Alukov in the next three years is to double the current sales turnover in Austria in the amount € 3.5 million, which will bring 30 new jobs at the headquarters Alukov HZ Orel.
Alukov and its products, thanks to our customer service as well as post sale customer attendance, bears vey good image in Austria. Therefor the main part of interview with the Austrian ambassador hinted on possibilities for further development of business in retail for our mobile pool, terraces enclosures with our southern neighbors. During the visit, the ambassador was also presented with Inter Pool Cover Team and its activities. It is our European economic association, which brings together Alukov HZ distributors around the world.
Prior to the visit of Ambassador Trauttmansdorf during a gala reception at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Vienna 27th November. Jan Zitko CEO ALUKOV HZ stated:”We appreciate the support of ambassadors of Austria and the Czech Republic. Their activity enhances good relations between us and Austrian customers. Additionally it brings more business opportunities and increases the credibility of our company,”
A reception at the Town Hall of Chrudim by Mayor Petr Řezníček was given who organized in honor of the visit a lunch at the local restaurant Hotel Fortna. Next steps for the Austrian delegation will lead to Slatinany, here together with Mayor Ivan Jenik a viewing of the Castle and stables was held.
The visit of the Ambassador of Austria in ALUKOVU is not an exception of important visitors from abroad to the company. For example, at the beginning of October with the possibility of further cooperation was one of the most important men of the US, former Minister of Justice in the Bush administration, the Governor of the State of Missouri, Sen. John Ashcroft who is currently a successful businessman. Ashcroft showed interest in our continues strives toward expansion into the US market.
